I am a Thai Bodywork practitioner & instructor, Yoga/Self Care/Stress Reduction/Yoga Nidra instructor, & Licensed Massage Therapist with 1600+ combined hrs of certification from the US and Thailand.

I am a world traveler, nature lover and warm weather chaser, and you can find me guest-teaching wherever the winds take me. My overseas travels have given me many opportunities for additional studies and experiences as well as a unique outlook on life. Whether you are receiving bodywork, participating in my classes, yoga nidra, or just having tea, my nurturing and calming energy surrounds you and holds safe space for you to explore your inner being.
